BYB Credit Consultants provides credit optimization and strategy consulting services. Our services include education, guidance, and assistance related to understanding and managing personal credit. Any information provided is educational in nature and does not guarantee specific results, credit score increases, deletions, or outcomes.

Credit decisions and outcomes depend on individual circumstances, financial behavior, creditor reporting, and external factors beyond our control.

No Guarantees

BYB Credit Consultants does not guarantee the removal of any credit accounts, changes to credit scores, approval outcomes, or specific timelines. All consulting services are provided on a best-effort basis.

Client Responsibility

Clients remain fully responsible for their financial decisions, actions, and use of credit. BYB Credit Consultants does not make financial decisions on behalf of clients and does not assume responsibility for outcomes related to credit use, applications, or reporting.

Monthly Consulting & Cancellation

Consulting services are provided on a monthly basis. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Payments already processed are not refundable once services have been provided.

Digital Products

All digital products, including courses, e-books, and templates, are provided for educational purposes only. Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Privacy

BYB Credit Consultants respects client privacy and does not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information collected is used solely to provide services, process payments, and communicate with clients.

Limitation of Liability

BYB Credit Consultants shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, digital products, or website content.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Updates to Terms

BYB Credit Consultants reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
