1. About Our Services

BYB Credit Consultants, LLC offers credit education, credit-report review, and individualized strategy guidance concerning potentially inaccurate, incomplete, obsolete, or unverifiable information. BYB does not provide legal representation or guarantee results.

2. Current Services and Prices

Initial Credit Consultation: $39, one-time, 15 minutes. Credit Strategy Session: $197, one-time, 60 minutes. Private 1:1 Financial Coaching: $399, one-time, 75 minutes. Enrollment & Account Setup: $199, one-time, when agreed and lawfully collectible. Monthly Credit Consulting: $89 per month.

3. Enrollment

The $39 initial consultation is a discovery appointment and does not automatically enroll a person. Monthly enrollment requires a completed consultation, BYB approval, signed service agreement and disclosures, and separate payment authorization.

4. Written Agreement

Any covered credit-repair services require compliant, dated, signed written agreements and statutorily mandated notices. Website terms do not substitute for those documents. No covered services may begin before the federally required period expires.

5. $199 One-Time Fee

The fee relates solely to specified contracted enrollment/account setup work. No fee may be charged before the applicable services are fully performed and collection is allowed by federal and Florida law. This amount is not recurring.

6. $89 Monthly Payments

The intended arrangement is $89 for completed services during the preceding calendar month, with first billing no earlier than the following month, on the client's separately authorized 1st or 15th. Enrollment does not authorize immediate payment.

7. Payment Security

Card details must be submitted only through a secure payment processor and subject to express authorization. Clients should not transmit full card details through email or ordinary forms.

8. Cancellation and Refund Rights

Federal and Florida statutory rights apply to covered services, including required notice and refund obligations. To cancel, contact support@bybcreditconsultants.com or use another method permitted by the governing notice. No website term waives a nonwaivable right.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients provide truthful information, relevant credit reports, correspondence, and lawful instructions in an approved secure manner.

10. No Guaranteed Outcomes

BYB does not guarantee deletion of accurate information, a specific credit score, credit approvals, or a timeline controlled by a third party.

11. Consumer Rights

The Fair Credit Reporting Act, Credit Repair Organizations Act and applicable Florida consumer statutes provide rights that cannot be waived by these website terms.

12. Privacy

BYB uses information to provide authorized services, administer customer accounts and communicate. Separate privacy disclosures describe categories of data, sharing, retention, safeguards, and rights. This page does not replace the Privacy Policy.
